Meet Your Farrier — Andrew Grimm

I have been a certified farrier since 2001, with a passion for understanding biomechanics, balance, and how proper hoof care affects the entire horse. Over the years, I’ve worked with horses of all breeds, disciplines, and soundness challenges — from everyday trail horses to complex therapeutic cases.

My approach is based on:

I work patiently, safely, and with the horse’s comfort always in mind. No two hooves are the same — and no two horses receive the same trim or shoeing plan. Every service is tailored to the individual.

Philosophy

A sound horse starts with a balanced foot.
Balanced biomechanics reduce strain, improve movement, and prevent long-term issues. My goal is always to leave a horse more comfortable walking away than when it walked up.
